The Loan Operations Manager will have knowledge of all areas of Loan Servicing and Processing. They will work closely with the Lending team on all credit approvals (timing, complexity of proposed credits, etc.) They will have a strong understanding of loan structures, documentation and collateral perfection to ensure accurate loan documentation.
A strong understanding of escrow, escrow disbursement (property taxes and insurance) and escrow analysis is required. HMDA data integrity and reporting will be done by the Manager.
Manage all aspects of the loan accounting and reporting functions to Senior Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Loan Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of Loan Operations including, but not limited to:
Loan Servicing:
- Loan Booking and Disbursements
- Payment posting
- Customer requests for information and any necessary research
- Escrow Analysis
- Property Tax and Insurance payments
- Collateral tracking and safekeeping
- Loan document imaging
- Audit requests
- Reconciliation
- Payoff requests and processing
Loan Processing and Documentation:
- Due diligence
- Doc preparation
- Review all loan documentation
- Oversee all loan fundings
- Loan document imaging
- Pipeline workflow
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 Years experience of managing Loan Operations and high performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Laser Pro and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and delegate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Fiserv Premier and/or Fiserv Cleartouch. Knowledge of Baker Hill is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
To attract a senior executive of the highest caliber, a competitive compensation package will be offered to the final candidate, commensurate with experience. This package will include a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, along with a potential bonus of up to 10%.
