As an Inventory Coordinator you will manage receiving and shipping materials arriving at 3PL warehouses and/or suppliers. This position encompasses the administration of receiving purchase orders, ensuring receipts are processed accurately and timely, working with schedules to ensure supplies needed to fulfill orders are on hand and if not, working with the Buyer to ensure supplies are ordered and tracked.
This role works directly with 3PL warehouses, client management specialists, buyers, schedulers, and sales teams within the Sales Department, and closely coordinating with various departments within the corporate office.

Flexibility to work hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, after training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive material into Epicor against POs
- Ensure materials are received into the correct location (specific warehouse and/or supplier/subcontractor)
- Monitor AP Invoice Exceptions dashboard for invoices without receipts.
- Allocate and release materials for customer shipments.
- Create pack slips & attach necessary documents to when needed to ensure timely invoicing to the customer.
- Monitor Release Schedule dashboard to manage incoming POs and outgoing SOs
- Monitor and ensure information from 3PLs and/or suppliers is provided accurately and timely.
- Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding packing slips, and receiver reports.
- Monitor the flow of paperwork from shipping or receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
- Communicate with all departments to accomplish the shipping and receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of related inventory planning/forecasting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics or other related field or equivalent experience
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience required
- Experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems
- Attention to detail and service oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills with both front office staff and warehouse staff
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Must work well independently and be self-motivated
