We’re looking for an experienced Excavation Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing excavation division. This role will manage both the estimating and project management aspects of sitework projects from bid to completion. If you're passionate about earthwork, estimating, and client success, we want to meet you.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience estimating and managing commercial excavation or sitework projects
- Proficient in reading civil, structural, and architectural plans
- Familiar with estimating software (Roctek preferred)
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction
