Role: Project Manager / Superintendent
Location: Cinnaminson, NJ
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial roofing projects? We're looking for a Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the planning and execution of multiple roofing projects from start to finish. If you're organized, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects
- Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and materials
- Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met on all projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Perform site inspections and troubleshoot as needed
- Track budgets and project costs to ensure profitability
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with project management or superintendent experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- OSHA certification is a plus
