Job Description

As the Technical Services Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and quality of technical support and integration programs for a leading technology solutions provider. This role focuses on financial management, project coordination, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams in delivering systems integration, client support, and service agreements
- Partner with sales to support client acquisition and retention through joint calls and presentations
- Manage departmental budgets, labor hours, and project profitability
- Develop training, onboarding, and performance strategies for team growth and consistency
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and support processes company-wide
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Fire Alarm, A/V, Nurse Call, Intercom, Security, and Access Control systems
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong project management, budgeting, and client relationship skills
- AVIXA CTS and NICET Level II certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed (up to 20%)

The base salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
