Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Provide scheduling support for large-scale, complex commercial construction projects , ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other stakeholders to review, analyze, and communicate scheduling updates
- Perform schedule risk analysis , identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular site walks to validate progress and identify potential schedule deviations
- Generate detailed reports and analyze data to optimize project performance
- Facilitate coordination between departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction , preferably with a leading ENR-ranked general contractor
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering , or related field preferred
- Proven track record of supporting ground-up commercial projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project schedules
