They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This person must have relevant NYC general construction experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- 5+ year general construction experience required
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
