Are you a construction leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for high-end craftsmanship? We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee luxury retail and residential ground-up projects from concept to completion.
This is a unique opportunity to work on architecturally significant builds that demand precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring every element—from foundation to finishes—meets the highest standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury retail and residential projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project tracking and client updates
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to bring high-end visions to life
- Manage quality control and ensure premium finishes and materials are installed to spec
- Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and punch lists with a focus on detail and client satisfaction
- Foster a professional, respectful, and efficient jobsite culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ground-up construction, with a focus on luxury retail and/or high-end residential
- Proven ability to manage complex, design-driven projects with tight schedules and premium expectations
- Deep understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
