About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Superintendent to lead field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, takes pride in quality execution, and knows how to keep commercial projects (between $1M-10M) running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.


As a Superintendent, you’ll be the key on-site leader, coordinating trades, ensuring adherence to project specs, and driving progress every day from groundbreaking through closeout.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily site operations and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Coordinate schedules, inspections, and deliveries to keep the project on track
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on progress, issues, and next steps
  • Conduct site meetings, manage daily logs, and ensure accurate project documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure that work meets design specifications


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of commercial building methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate crews and subcontractors
  • Comfortable with construction technology and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
