Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in commercial construction
- Proven success with ground-up, tenant improvement, and buildout projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with historical renovations is a strong plus
- Must be local to the Chicago area or within reasonable commuting distance
