What You’ll Be Doing
- Orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance construction outcomes.
- Managing full project lifecycle: proposals, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Ensuring scope, cost, quality, and risk are aligned with client expectations.
- Supporting business development efforts and contributing to proposal strategy and presentations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM, P6, Procore a plus.
- Certifications like LEED, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are valued but not required.
- Excellent communication, contract comprehension, and leadership skills.
