LHH is seeking an experienced litigation legal assistant to join our client’s fast-paced defense litigation practice in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Case management, document preparation, and deadline tracking
Filing legal documents and managing correspondence
Scheduling mediations, depositions, and client meetings
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and discovery
Maintaining organized legal files and records
Qualifications:
Strong litigation experience, insurance defense preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & NetDocuments
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm
