Legal Assistant – Litigation
Raleigh, NC

LHH is seeking an experienced litigation legal assistant to join our client’s fast-paced defense litigation practice in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management, document preparation, and deadline tracking

  • Filing legal documents and managing correspondence

  • Scheduling mediations, depositions, and client meetings

  • Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and discovery

  • Maintaining organized legal files and records

Qualifications:

  • Strong litigation experience, insurance defense preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & NetDocuments

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm

This position is based in Raleigh, NC and offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our client’s litigation team.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year
