We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Golden HOF Bar & Grill. This is a leadership role for someone who’s passionate about cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at creating and maintaining systems that keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support bar staff through training, mentorship, and clear communication
Oversee organization, cleanliness, and consistency behind both bars
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Implement and maintain systems for batching, prep, and quality control
Collaborate on menu development and ensure all drinks are executed to spec
Foster a team culture that prioritizes hospitality, efficiency, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of bartending experience
Strong organizational skills and a systems-first mindset
Experience with batching, high-volume service, and bar prep
A working knowledge of cocktail technique, ingredients, and tools
Ability to lead by example — jumping in wherever needed
Familiarity with Korean spirits, flavors, or cuisine is a plus but not required
