Our goal is to make our services accessible to those in need, including rural populations, through telehealth consultations, ensuring privacy, security, and convenience. About the job: Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary. Deliver patient care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Operate independently without hospital or clinic affiliation, practicing in the best interest of the patient. Work within teams of therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to meet potential team members. Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss cases or clinical topics. Work from home with flexible days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend virtual clinical team meetings and conferences. Job Requirements: Hold a valid PMHNP license, open to licensing in multiple states. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required. Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Strong computer and basic technology skills. Solid clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Compensation:
$70—$100 USD per hour Additional Details:
