Requirements:

Pay and Benefits:
Salary: $40,000 to $49,000 plus benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounts receivable collections for multiple sales centers.
- Analyze aging reports and determine collection steps.
- Review and analyze accounts independently for follow-up actions.
- Communicate account status with managers and sales centers.
- Process and record credit notes and payments daily.
- Make follow-up calls on accounts with payment commitments.
- Negotiate payment schedules with customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork for collections.
- Adhere to NSF policies and process credit applications.
- Prepare accounts for monthly reviews.
- Handle daily payments and follow company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business, with 2 years of A/R and Credit & Collections experience.
- Knowledge of collection laws and cash reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Business math skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to travel within the region.
