Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs through managed order guides for assigned distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Review managed order guides against company data records for authorized and unauthorized changes.
- Resolve discrepancies with distributors, category managers, and stakeholders.
- Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, and manage inventory for assigned distributors.
- Manage proprietary inventory to minimize slow/dead inventory and maximize ROI.
- Facilitate weekly calls with distributors to review performance and address issues.
- Analyze managed order guide and spend data to optimize ROI.
- Process requests for changes or additions to product listings.
- Provide reports and perform ad hoc analyses for stakeholders.
- Take action or recommend solutions based on findings.
Requirements
- Experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; database experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of contract management systems or rebate technology is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards.
