**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that align with our clients objectives and brand identity. From concept development to on-site execution, you will ensure every element runs smoothly and successfully.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from pre-production to post-event wrap-up
- Liaise with clients to determine objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Oversee event set-up, staffing, and logistics
- Maintain detailed event documentation, contracts, and budgets
- Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct on-site inspections and supervise event staff during execution
- Evaluate event success and create post-event reports
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
