The Role
Netflixs Corporate Treasury team manages the companys capital structure, financial risk, and cash and banking activities, including a $14 billion debt portfolio, a multi-billion dollar foreign currency hedging program, and approximately $8 billion in cash and short-term investments as of Q3 FY23. We seek a versatile treasury professional eager to develop their career and become a key part of our global treasury operations team. This hybrid role requires coming into the office 3 times a week, based out of either Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA, reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and external banking partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global treasury operations
- Support global cash forecasting, liquidity, and reporting, including FX settlements and intercompany analysis
- Manage bank accounts, including formation, dissolutions, and record updates
- Collaborate with banking partners on products and services to optimize treasury operations
- Provide treasury expertise to cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations
- Engage with local production finance, tax, and accounting teams regarding treasury services
- Participate in system implementation projects to enhance automation
- Assist with data validation and reconciliation for treasury dashboards and reports
- Support various treasury tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed
- Train business partners on online banking systems and products
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics
- CTP certification is a plus
- 5-8 years of global treasury experience at a multinational company
- Proactive and responsible with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with banks and teams across regions
- Knowledge of international banking products and services
- Attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with RPA, SQL, Google Apps Script (Java) is a plus
Our compensation is an annual salary within the range of $210,000 - $500,000, with options to choose salary versus stock options.
