Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions, including tax compliance, planning, and other business advisory services.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of diverse and complex tax returns.
• Oversee engagement planning, including scheduling and assigning staff.
• Mentor and support tax staff and administrative team members, contributing to their professional growth through training and development initiatives.
• Manage client invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.

• Active CPA designation is required.
• At least 6 years of tax experience within a public accounting firm.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
• Proficient in tax preparation and planning for partnerships, estates of high-net-worth individuals, S-corporations, C-corporations, and trusts.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, BNA Tax Planner, and CaseWare is advantageous.
