Senior Financial Analyst

Opportunity : Senior Financial Analyst

• Schedule : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
• Position Summary : Compile and analyze financial data, and prepare reports, both statistical and financial, from multiple ledgers. Conduct analysis of activities at the macro and micro levels for use by managers and senior leadership. Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting patient scheduling and provider productivity daily. Assist in preparation and generation of financial reports and audits. Provide a full range of financial support for all operational and administrative management partners and acts as a liaison between business functions and finance / accounting leadership.
• Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting with 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+years in healthcare, finance, or non-profit
• Knowledge of financial reporting, cost analysis, and accounting practices. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing programs. Ability to successfully implement policies and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
