Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements (corps, partnerships, HNW individuals)
- Deliver strategic tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Review complex returns and research technical issues
- Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance
- Contribute to business development efforts
- CPA or EA required
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master's in Tax a plus)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes
- Proficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem, UltraTax, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
