Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SBH Fashion

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Head of Marketing & PR to lead brand marketing initiatives for our womens ready-to-wear brand. This role requires a strong leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels to build brand equity, drive awareness, and support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement holistic brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and market presence.
  • Define and articulate brand positioning to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Public Relations & Communications
  • Lead PR strategy and execution to maximize editorial coverage, strengthen media relationships, and manage press communications.
  • Oversee sample send-outs, press days, and key brand storytelling moments.
Retail Marketing
  • Drive retail marketing initiatives to support store traffic and sales performance, aligning with commercial goals and merchandising plans.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to deliver impactful in-store activations.
Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Events & Activations
  • Plan and execute brand events including collection launches, press events, and customer activations to drive brand heat and loyalty.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports to achieve department KPIs and foster professional development.
  • Work closely with overseas HQ digital marketing teams to ensure brand alignment in all global and local initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner effectively with Merchandising, Retail, Digital, and Product teams to ensure marketing plans drive business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Significant brand marketing and PR experience within premium or luxury womens ready-to-wear.
  • Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute and get into the details as needed.
  • Excellent network of press and influencer contacts within the fashion industry.
  • Highly organised with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial environment.
Salary $160,000-$170,000 + Bonus
