Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Use QuickBooks to process payments and update accounts.
- Assist with administrative documentation.
- Support the team with reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Experience with invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail.
The work environment consists of a small, close-knit team that supports each other. The position offers room for growth and operates from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Employees earn 10 hours of PTO each month. The firm covers almost the entire premium for dental, vision, and health insurance, with employees paying a small portion. There is also a matching contribution for health savings account contributions. After a year, employees qualify for a retirement package with a profit-sharing plan. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
