Overview

Boutique Independent RIA seeks an Associate Financial Advisor to collaborate with a team of Lead Advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning services to high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele while maintaining and growing relationships.

The Firm offers comprehensive investment management and financial planning for high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele and fosters a collegial culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Collaborate with and support Lead Advisors as part of an ensemble practice to provide guidance to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families on strategic asset management, estate, tax and financial planning
• Nurture, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
• Team-based, forward thinking and planning driven culture with an impressive track record of growth, supported by a robust client service team and professional management

• Competitive compensation package ($90,000 $150,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $10,000 $40,000, and excellent benefits).

Requirements

• 2-6+ years Financial Advisory/Planning/Business Development experience
• Series 65 or CFP
• Entrepreneurial drive to continuously improve and grow in a collaborative team based environment
