Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Have working knowledge and practical experience across multiple human resource responsibilities pay and benefit practices, performance and behavior management, HRIS administration systems, timekeeping/payroll, benefits administration, employee safety, leave management, and employee relations.
- Administer, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees.
- Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Lead trainings including onboarding and sexual harassment prevention.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A solid understanding of employee investigations to resolve issues.
- A bachelor's degree and three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or a similar combination of education and experience.
- Excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
- Prior experience recruiting for production line employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Ability to work collaboratively with the HR and management teams.
- Experience with HRIS, iCIMS, and payroll systems; Kronos experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
