JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director, FP&A and support financial planning, analysis and
reporting activities including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, management reporting and ad-hoc
projects. This individual must be highly motivated, proactive and able to operate effectively under tight
deadlines with attention to detail. This role will serve as a power user of the OneStream application,
assisting with integration within the FP&A processes and supporting enhancements.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
•Provide support for month-end reporting and forecasting process, including gathering data,
explaining variances and understanding/communicating the financial results
•For assigned P&L categories:
o Initiate collaboration with cross-functional teams
o Monitor, analyze and interpret the data
o Understand the drivers of the results and impacts to future periods
o Explain variances from prior year, budget and most recent projection
o Effectively communicate updates to Director, FP&A in a timely and concise manner
•Assist in the preparation of presentations, ensuring continuous evaluation for improvements and
enhancements
•Develop and maintain reports within OneStream to support department and business needs and
assist in optimizing the application
•Provide suggestions to continuously improve reporting processes and leverage technology to
enhance efficiency
•Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
•Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
•BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or related field required
•3-5 years' experience in Finance, Accounting or other analytical roles
•Manufacturing experience is preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel knowledge and data visualization
experience
•Experience with reporting and planning tools is a plus
Competitive Salary, with a general salary range of $93,984.00 to $117,480.00, or higher depending on education and experience.
