We're expanding into the Denver market and are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and establish a strong local presence.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business within the light industrial, skilled trades, and administrative sectors
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and job site visits to establish trust and credibility
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers
Collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure timely and successful placements
Negotiate terms and pricing that reflect mutual value
Maintain sales activity and reporting in our CRM (Tracker RMS)
What We're Looking For
2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (staffing or workforce solutions preferred)
Knowledge of the Denver metro area and its labor market
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
Results-driven and able to work independently in a startup-like environment
Comfortable visiting job sites and engaging with clients face-to-face
CRM proficiency (Tracker RMS is a plus)
