Compensation: $150,000 $200,000/year

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator with proven experience handling commercial or multifamily projects with estimates of $5+ million . This role is not for candidates whose background is primarily in estate or residential homes.

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience on commercial/multifamily electrical projects with individual estimates of $5M+ .
• Proficiency in LiveCount and Accubid essential tools for this role.
• Strong ability to independently manage all phases of the bid process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates using LiveCount and Accubid.
• Interpret bid documents, perform accurate takeoffs, and develop cost breakdowns.
• Lead and mentor a small team of estimators (23).
• Support design/build projects and transition awarded jobs to project teams.
• Engage with clients and identify new bidding opportunities.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of electrical construction and bid processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Local candidates only.
