Who We Want:

• Experienced Advisors or sales professionals with proven business development experience or a very strong leaning towards sales & prospecting
• Strong natural markets- well-connected and able to tap into natural markets for business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial person energized by mentorship & collaboration (we work together, provide leadership & support in a variety of ways)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Licensure:

• State Insurance License Florida Life and Health (2-15)
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA exam
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 registration
• Or some comparable mix of licensure

Compensation:
