As a Director, Fund Solutions in our Funds and Capital Markets Team for the Americas, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority supporting CSC's Fund Solutions and sales teams across the Americas region. Leveraging your experience in fund administration, governance, and regulatory services, you'll play a critical role in shaping solution proposals, advising on commercial structuring, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, business, and operational teams.
This expert-level role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of fund structures, operational workflows, and regulatory frameworks in the U.S., Cayman Islands, and key LATAM markets. You'll be at the forefront of complex, multi-jurisdictional fund solutions sales processes - translating client needs into commercially viable, operationally sound service proposals and guiding stakeholders through the sales lifecycle.
Your technical expertise, market insight, and collaborative leadership will directly support CSC's growth ambitions in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a funds subject matter expert (SME) supporting the sales teams in client meetings, strategy sessions, and deal structuring discussions.
- Lead the analysis of client requirements, identifying operational, regulatory, and commercial considerations, and advising on the optimal service configuration.
- Drive internal alignment by facilitating effective communication between sales, product, legal, risk, compliance, and business operations teams.
- Take a leading role in pricing strategy discussions, leveraging experience and market benchmarks to develop commercially competitive proposals aligned with CSC's risk appetite.
- Provide expert-level input and oversight for RFP responses, proposals, and service presentations.
- Track and review sales conversion metrics, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on fund industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fund structures across the Americas.
- Regularly represent CSC at industry events, conferences, panels, and client roundtables to enhance market visibility and maintain a strong network of industry relationships.
- Partner with product and operational leadership to contribute to the development of new fund service offerings, driven by client feedback and market opportunities.
- Support the design and implementation of standardized service offerings, pricing models, and operational handover frameworks for the Americas region.
- In-depth knowledge of fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes within the U.S., Cayman Islands, and/or key Latin American fund jurisdictions.
- Proven experience providing sales support, solution design, pricing strategy input, and client advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commercial mindset and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of fund operational due diligence and risk frameworks.
- Experience participating in client contract negotiations, SLAs, and onboarding processes.
- Prior leadership experience in sales support, client relationship management, or business development functions within fund services.
- Exposure to adjacent services such as SPVs, Capital Markets, or Corporate and Institutional Services.
- Active participation in industry associations, working groups, or regulatory consultation processes.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
