We are seeking experienced, driven, and focused Financial Advisors to join our expanding team. Candidates should be dedicated to growing their practice and providing high-level advice and service. Proficiency in advanced Wealth Management techniques related to investments, taxes, and estate planning is required.
Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, servicing existing clients, demonstrating sales proficiency, and collaborating with CFAs, CPAs, and JDs. Our target clients are high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3M. The role involves developing comprehensive financial plans, assisting in implementation, and driving new business growth.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Four-year degree and CFP designation
- 7+ years in financial or estate planning, preferably at a professional financial firm
- Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning
- Strong integrity and professionalism
- Motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation:
- Competitive salary with potential for revenue sharing and unlimited income
