Job Title: Crypto Social Media Manager

Token Metrics is looking for a Crypto-savvy Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and manage digital communities across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a crypto native with a deep understanding of DeFi, staking, yield farming, and crypto trendssomeone who can create high-quality content and drive meaningful engagement.

• Plan, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns .
• Develop and publish high-quality written and visual content tailored to each platform.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across channels (Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Monitor brand mentions and overall social presence .
• Identify and collaborate with crypto influencers to build awareness.
• Foster a respectful, engaged community on platforms like Telegram and Discord .
• Respond to comments, messages, and support inquiries.
• Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Educate internal teams on social content best practices .
• Proven experience in social media marketing and strategy development.
• Understanding of platform-specific tone and content optimization .
• Experience with community building and managing engagement.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles (Canva, Adobe Suite a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report campaign success .
• Hands-on experience with social tools (e.g. HubSpot, TubeBuddy).
• Past experience in a crypto, Web3, or blockchain environment is preferred.
• Deeply immersed in crypto and DeFi culture .
• Experienced with Telegram, Discord, and crypto-native engagement tactics .
• Skilled in posting and analytics tools (HubSpot, TubeBuddy).
• Comfortable with cross-platform content strategy .
• A proactive community manager and strong communicator.
