What Youll Do:
- Design and deliver practical, high-impact training for sales teams at all levels.
- Partner with managers to reinforce process, measure results, and hold teams accountable.
- Champion a coaching culture focused on discipline, ownership, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
- Continuously refine word tracks, lead handling, and appointment skills to adapt in any market.
Required:
- 35 years of experience in Automotive Sales Management or as a Sales Trainer within automotive retail dealerships
- Strong understanding of automotive sales and dealership operations
- Skilled coach with proven negotiation and communication abilities
- Culture-driven leader who promotes strong values and behaviors
- Dedicated lifelong learner focused on improving training quality

Compensation
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120,000.00 - $150,000.00.
