JOB TITLE: Sr. Property Tax Analyst
LOCATION: Onsite in Draper, UT
DURATION: 6+ month contract to hire
RATE RANGE: $35-40/hour

This role will be a key contributor to the Property Tax team, expanding expertise within the finance organization. The successful candidate will execute all aspects of the property tax function and collaborate as part of an integrated team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage annual property tax compliance for accounts ranging from small returns to major manufacturing in a high volume environment
- Review assessment notices to identify opportunities for appeals
- Process assessment notices and tax bills using OPT (formerly OneSource) software
- ssist the Property Tax team in automation and process improvement projects
- Support management of exemptions, pilot agreements, and incentive agreements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with tax authorities and third parties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of property tax experience
- Experience with property tax software, OPT (formerly OneSource) preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- bility to organize, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfort with learning new software and strong technology skills
