About the Team
You will join the KES Consolidations group, a high-performing team focused on collaboration, work-life balance, and continuous improvement. We utilize various ERP and consolidation tools to enhance reporting and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close consolidation efforts.
- Assist with Koch's monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Collaborate to improve close processes.
- Partner with teams to communicate impactful items.
- Manage government requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience analyzing financial statements and key drivers.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with month-end/year-end processes for multinational companies.
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
- Experience with OneStream or similar tools.
- Background in process improvement and transformation.
