Night Audit Supervisor

Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Night Audit Supervisor! Join our team today!

Previous experience in Front Desk and Reservations, 1-2 years of experience in Front Desk/Reservation Management preferred. The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service and leadership.

Job type: Full-time, non-exempt

Schedule: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.*, including weekends and holidays.

*These hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reports to the Front Desk Manager.
2. Assure friendly, courteous, and accurate check-in and check-out of guests.
3. Answer the phone professionally, courteously, and respond to questions with accurate information. Direct all incoming calls swiftly and correctly.
4. Have competent knowledge of the property, local attractions, and current activities.
5. Promote friendly, courteous, and superior customer service.
6. Take room reservations and cancellations efficiently and friendly, capturing all pertinent information.
7. Handle a high volume of cash, credit, and sales transactions responsibly.
8. Keep the front desk area and own station neat, tidy, and clean.
9. Monitor guest safety and service issues to ensure a safe and customer-oriented environment.
10. Assist and monitor room availability, maintenance, and housekeeping issues, communicating with housekeeping in a timely manner.
11. Serve as a main resource for Front Desk and/or Reservation agents needing technical assistance or help achieving customer satisfaction.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• A professional attitude is required at all times.
• Must be honest, dedicated, and trustworthy.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player and provide superior customer service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
