HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

The Physician Compensation Analyst provides professional support in the development, implementation and maintenance of physician wage & salary administration.

  • Reviews market data, job history, pay recommendations, departmental-organizational equity.
  • Provides feedback to Manager of Compensation
  • Prepares cost/salary analyses for management review.
  • Periodically audits/updates wage and salary structure
  • Researches and resolves compensation issues.
  • May create and prepare reports to assess competitive pay position, quality of workforce and job data.
  • Ensures accurate/updated salary information is available and maintained for all physician and extender positions.
  • Assists physician compensation team with preparation of quarterly provider compensation calculations and summaries.
  • Serves as point of contact to provide resources and support for (providers, operations, administration, and management).
  • Partners with manager to provide all data analytics needed to calculate provider compensation.
  • Assists in the preparation of documentation and support for annual provider compensation and financial audits.
  • Utilizes companys HRIS system/data to complete compensation related tasks.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources, managers, and others to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Provides timely guidance and support on wage and salary matters to management and HR.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of healthcare finance or operations experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with labor management and healthcare.
  • Experience with various financial applications, analysis, development, and management of decision support systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple reporting tools.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and other software skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently .
