HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
The Physician Compensation Analyst provides professional support in the development, implementation and maintenance of physician wage & salary administration.
- Reviews market data, job history, pay recommendations, departmental-organizational equity.
- Provides feedback to Manager of Compensation
- Prepares cost/salary analyses for management review.
- Periodically audits/updates wage and salary structure
- Researches and resolves compensation issues.
- May create and prepare reports to assess competitive pay position, quality of workforce and job data.
- Ensures accurate/updated salary information is available and maintained for all physician and extender positions.
- Assists physician compensation team with preparation of quarterly provider compensation calculations and summaries.
- Serves as point of contact to provide resources and support for (providers, operations, administration, and management).
- Partners with manager to provide all data analytics needed to calculate provider compensation.
- Assists in the preparation of documentation and support for annual provider compensation and financial audits.
- Utilizes companys HRIS system/data to complete compensation related tasks.
- Collaborates with Human Resources, managers, and others to provide feedback and guidance.
- Provides timely guidance and support on wage and salary matters to management and HR.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of healthcare finance or operations experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with labor management and healthcare.
- Experience with various financial applications, analysis, development, and management of decision support systems.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple reporting tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and other software skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently .
