Xponential Fitness is currently hiring for one of their fastest growing brands. Xponential Fitness is the curator of the best brands across every vertical in the boutique fitness industry - including Pilates, cycle, stretch, rowing, barre, dance, and running.

Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data; report and suggest best practices to the executive team, franchise partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify financial status by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Work directly with the President on planning exercises such as forecasts, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue and reconciling financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain confidential databases to monitor business performance and provide insights into risks or opportunities.
• Support related results as needed to contribute to company efforts.
• Review and analyze Studio P&L statements.
• Coach franchise partners regarding studio development and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Corporate Finance, understanding of Financial Statements, Margin Analysis, EBITDA, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, Statistical Analysis, Financial Planning and Strategy.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, V-Lookup, Sumifs, formulas); knowledge of Access and Hyperion is a plus; strong English communication skills; solid presentation skills.
