Who Youll Serve

Our clients include retirees, young professionals, business owners, individuals undergoing life transitions (divorce, loss), and institutionseach with unique financial planning challenges.

Role Summary

As an Associate Financial Advisor , you will support lead advisors and help deliver holistic wealth planning services.Your areas of focus would include building financial plans, managing client portfolios and implementing tax minimization strategies; all of which is communicated in a way that keeps life simple for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing client relationships; assist with monitoring portfolios, presenting recommendations to clients, and coordinating with their attorneys and CPAs.
• Assist lead advisors in data gathering and financial plan design , collaborating in discovery and presentation meetings.
• Support new client onboarding; assist clients with the account transfer and onboarding process, ensuring recommendations are implemented seamlessly.
• Contribute to team-based client service , ensuring continuity and high-touch communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.Preferably in psychology, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Progress toward or attainment of CFP designation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Collaborative mindset, genuinely client?focused, detail-oriented.
• Interest in supporting long?term wealth strategies and complex scenarios such as business succession, inheritance, and estate planning.
