We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Dealer Services Analyst.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Dealer Services Analyst to receive, underwrite, and process loan applications from car dealers of the Indirect Program and make the determination to approve or deny indirect loans within authorized limits.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze a loan applicant's creditworthiness by reviewing credit bureau reports and credit scores.
• Underwrite and make determinations to approve or deny indirect loans within authorized limits.
• Ensure documents are complete and accurate according to policies and compliance regulations.
• Enter application data into the lending software and core systems.
• Build dealer relationships through visits and phone calls.
• Assist with reporting, task management, dealer engagement promotions, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience in the lending environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of lending software and data processing systems.
• Knowledge of legislation, regulation, policies, and procedures related to lending practices.

Schedule

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday Hours 8:30 AM 5:00 PM*
• Rotating every other Saturday with a day off during the week.
