Technical Training Team
This position is responsible for a wide range of training activities, including delivering technical training, advising and developing training materials, and ensuring the accuracy of training records. The role also involves supporting manufacturing leaders in managing employee technical skill development and requirements.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Technical Training Team
This position is responsible for a wide range of training activities, including delivering technical training, advising and developing training materials, and ensuring the accuracy of training records. The role also involves supporting manufacturing leaders in managing employee technical skill development and requirements.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Provide Bell employees with world-class job skills training, including manufacturing processes/procedures, standards, and specification compliance.
- Conduct classroom technical instruction; develop courses and training aids to meet Bell requirements.
- Assist in implementing and identifying new techniques/technologies to improve the quality and delivery of technical training course materials.
- Develop, analyze, research, and identify solutions to issues related to manufacturing and production skills deficits; assist in development and delivery required technical training to reduce impact on production.
- Train and deliver various Bell technical trainings, including composite bonding processes such as layup, cure, debag, tool preparation, and sanding.
- Interact with front-line leaders and value stream managers to ensure the workforce is trained and able to meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct training at Bell Fort Worth facilities on all shifts and potentially travel to other Bell locations.
- Proficient in written/oral presentations and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be a team player working towards common goals.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Union workforce experience preferred.
- Photography / video and editing experience a plus
- At least 2 years as a technical instructor or equivalent hands-on experience in composites bonding required.
- Bachelors degree in a related field required.
- Manufacturing/industry production experience preferred.
- A&P license is a plus.
- Youll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule
- 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)
