Technical Recruiter

Mavericks is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! You will build and maintain EDP pipelines from scratch using various, creative methods. You will partner with recruiting and hiring managers to understand ever shifting priorities, play a critical part in building the top of funnel, and lead your teammates and peers in best recruiting practices. The ideal candidate has past technical sourcing experience in a fast paced startup environment.

In this role, you can expect to

• Build a pipeline of top software engineering talent through multiple sourcing channels
• Partner closely with hiring teams and recruiters to advise on market trends
• Qualify and engage technical candidates for open technical roles
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
• Diligently track the progress of candidates
• Analyze candidate pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

To thrive in this role, you have

• Built pipelines from scratch
• A proven track record for successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring in a competitive market
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels
• Demonstrated experience sourcing either in-house or at an agency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• A successful record of building trust with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
