How you'll Contribute
A People Services Generalist who excels in this role:
Monitors trending factors and supports initiatives which contribute to employee retention and culture.
Provides support to navigate employee performance and compensation conversations in alignment with adherence to policies and procedures; directs to Enterprise Business Services as appropriate.
Coordinates talent acquisition functions with Enterprise Business Services and local hiring manager.
