Our client is a well-established multifamily owner, operator, and investor with a national presence. As leaders in multifamily real estate investment, this presents an opportunity to learn from and collaborate with top-tier industry professionals.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Review tax schedules with the external CPA for annual federal and multistate tax compliance.
- Review standard tax work papers for documentation and support of tax positions.
- Prepare deferred income taxes under ASC 740 for the annual audit.
- Conduct analytical review of property financials for tax reporting and projections.
- Assist with tax compliance, estimates, provisions, and planning for collaborative projects.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- Strong foundation in real estate partnership and corporate tax principles preferred.
- Proven experience in preparing federal and multi-state partnership and corporate tax returns.
- High degree of accountability and organization, attention to detail.
