Corporate Tax Manager - Rhode Island - Base Salary up to $150K
Were seeking a Corporate Tax Manager specializing in tax reporting and transfer pricing. You will be joining a lean team of tax professionals. The role is based in Rhode Island.
Responsibilities :

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax accounting under ASC 740, including effective tax rate calculations and preparation of external disclosures (10-K, 10-Q).
• Support cash tax forecasting and modeling of effective tax rates.
• Contribute to the tax accounting and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Collaborate with the transfer pricing team.
• Conduct technical tax research and draft memorandums.
• Manage SOX 404 compliance.
• Assist in return-to-provision processes.
• Review federal and state income tax returns.
  

• Bachelor's degree, CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience.
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax reporting.
• Experience with M&A tax.
