The Senior Financial Analyst will support McKessons over $1B OTC and CPG portfolio and provide financial insights to drive profitability and business growth. Responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OTC/CPG P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• Partner with teams to analyze and forecast rates across sales channels.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial models and KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Collaborate to align financial reporting with strategic goals.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for decision-making.
• Identify process improvements for reporting efficiency.
• Integrate financial and operational data for comprehensive analysis.
• Apply analytics for scenario planning.
• Participate in special projects.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, SQL preferred.

Salary : $79,600 - $132,600 USD annually, with 5% MIP (Target 100K with MIP)
