We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected in luxury marketBusiness Development Managerto drive growth within the high-endluxury interior décorandwhite-glove transportsector. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with deep industry relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional service to discerning clients.About the RoleAs aBusiness Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding ourwhite-glove/ first to last-milelogistics services across the U.S. market. Your mission will be toidentify, engage, and cultivate relationshipswith luxury interior designers, high-end furniture brands, galleries, and affluent clientele who demand precision and care in their shipping and transport needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and executea growth strategy focused onhigh-value client acquisition, financial success, and customer satisfaction.Leverage existing industry relationshipsto generate new business opportunities and partnerships.Organize and leadbusiness meetings with luxury clientele, design firms, and other key stakeholders.Present and promoteour premium logistics solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.Negotiate and prepare sales contractswith a focus on long-term partnerships.Provide ongoing client support, feedback, and after-sales serviceto maintain strong relationships.Analyze and reportsales performance to senior management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.Collaborate with domestic and international teamsto align business development efforts with operational excellence.Qualifications & SkillsProven track record inbusiness development or sales within the luxury interior décor, fine furniture, or high-end logistics industry.Establishednetwork of contactswithin the luxury design, furniture, or art sectors.Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills.Strong market knowledge ofwhite-glove transport, last-mile delivery, and high-end client service.Proficiency inCRM systemsand data-driven sales management.Ability totravelas needed to build and nurture client relationships.Bachelor's degree required;Master’s degree preferred.Fluency inEnglishis essential; additional languages are a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryPerformance-Based Commission:10% on gross margin (once sales targets are met)Sales Targets:Candidate must generate agross margin at least 3x their costHealthcare:50%Medical Insurance Coverage401K Retirement PlanPaid Vacation:2 weeks per yearCompany Laptop & PhoneprovidedWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in anelite logistics firmcatering to theluxury design and high-end interior sectors.
