Job Summary
Associate Degree required; IR Cath lab experience needed Cardiac Vascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire to remain employed
The invasive cardiac vascular technologist assists with all aspects of invasive services and patient care in the cardiac vascular procedure environment. This area includes but is not limited to cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, endovascular. #STC
Qualifications
Education Requirements
  • 2 year/Associate Degree (Radiologic Science preferred)
Experience
  • 1-2 years Experience in Interventional Radiology OR Cath Lab
Certification and Licensure
  • ACLS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Cardiac Vascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire to remain employed)
