EVENTS MANAGER (PRODUCER)
Ken Fulk Inc is seeking an Events Manager (Producer) with a minimum of 6 years experience in events and production.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelors Degree is required
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience in event planning and coordination is required
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a complex, highly demanding, and fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and a high proficiency in Excel is essential
- Knowledge of design, fashion, and fine arts is desired
- Food & Beverage and Hospitality experience is desired
- Able to work a typical events schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed
ROLE
- Responsible for supporting the Events Director and events team with the implementation of events
- Manage event design and production
- Coordinate and work closely with the internal design team (floral, branding, stylists, and interior architects and designers)
- Coordinate with various vendors and consultants
- Collaborate with events and branding teams to prepare invitations and collateral materials
- Research and reach out to vendors for quotes and pricing
- Manage tracking event costs and monitoring overall events budget
- Manage operational elements of events
- Manage and update invitation, mailing, and VIP lists

COMPENSATION
Position is full time and based in San Francisco.
Compensation is $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience level.
KFI & SJAS offers health insurance, a matching 401k plan, vacation and sick time.
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday
Schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed
Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company, and may include holidays
