Job Title: Accounting Clerk
**LHH Recruitment Solutions** is seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client in Horsham, PA. Our client is a top-tier manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to supervisors and managers within the department, tracking and researching accounting issues, and collaborating with internal business units to support financial tracking.
Responsibilities
- Respond to email inquiries regarding payment information
- Answer the Accounts Payable Help Line and retrieve information from the system
- Open and process mail, including filling out returned check forms
- Photocopy/scan invoices for public accounting audits
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles
